A James Beard Award winning venue, STAND, provided me the opportunity to work with highly regarded restaurantuer Jonathan Morr (Republic Noodle Shop NYC, Bond ST NYC & Beverly Hills, Townhouse Hotel Miami). Responsibilities included working directly with management team to increase bottom line profits through top line sales and cost controls, developing solution-oriented money saving purchasing & inventory control practices, addressing labor cost control management, vendor negotiations, strategic sales & marketing plan execution, and the overall approach to concept to improve revenue opportunities.
