General Manager

One of the longest operating, most profitable and exclusive NYC hospitality institution with annual gross profits exceeding $8MM.

From 2002-2005, I was responsible for all nightly on-premise operations. Responsibilities included guestlist development/selection, weekly scheduling, staffing, event coordination/production, promoter relations and celebrity guest needs.

I took over the role of General Manager in 2005, and began overseeing the entire operation, both FOH and BOH duties. Responsibilities included full staff selection and supervision, inventory controls, manager incentive program standards and implementation, floor staff sales incentive program, vendor relationships, product sponsor opportunities, cocktail development, company policy & procedure and job class duties & service manuals/checklists.
